My two favorite scenes in today's episode

One of my favorite scenes today was the kitchen scene where Kumud is serving Sunny food and she asks him why he doesn't openly ask for the laddoos. Then he says if he did that would she have smiled.

Sunny is a flirt, totally the opposite of his pal Saras. But having him in the haveli is a good thing. He keeps things interesting. My other favorite scene was when Saras was playing crow and eagle with Kumud and he won, then he was cheering so loudly and smiling broadly like he has never done before since his trip. It was great to see him so happy for a change. You could feel his joy at winning such a simple game because he never gets to do such trivial things back in Dubai, things which have meaning and value to themselves.

Nice post, Trina! 😳

I agree completely with you. It's so nice to have Sunny in Ratnanagiri because we really do get a dose of comic relief and adorableness from him! When he flirted with Kumud, I started smiling from ear to ear because he does it in such an innocent way!

Saras today was outstandingly heartbreaking, yet very adorable. I am yet to find a protagonist so delightful to see, even when he's sad. I truly feel I can connect with Saras, because his pain really affects me too! 😭

Thanks Veera! Please call me trins. 😃
Yes Sunny does flirt so innocently which makes you like him even more. A much needed addition to the haveli, especially with the tension running high.

Oh yeah Sunny adds the much needed comic relief to the show..Jenny does have a very pretty smile, so no wonder Sunny flirted when he saw her smile.. I wanted Saras to overhear the conversation between Sunny and Kumud near the staircase the other day , particularly when Sunny says, '' If I had got a marriage proposal from a girl like you ,I would have bought a house and settled here instead of making a hotel..But then looking at the emotionally vulnerable state Saras is in these day, I think maybe not..😕 don't want him to hate on his best friend and ladylove :)

Great post, totally agree!! This actually might get archived into my "favorite SC epis" mental cabinet since it had so many great moments. Totally love the growing friendship/interactions between Sunny and Kumud; everyone needs an easygoing person like that in their life :) And I love that he's obsessed with food, haha! Such a natural character.

Seeing Saras in that brief moment of unadulterated joy was SO wonderful; it really accentuates just how much he missed the little moments in life once his mother passed away and he moved to Dubai.

But my absolute favorite scene from today would have to the the one between Saras and Mai and how he perked up and asked her what his mom was like... that's something he hasn't been able to do with his own father :( I loved how she told him about Saraswati and coaxed him into eating the seera. Sunny was great when he said that mom's have a way of making their kids eat (take that Guman!). The ending when Saras lays his head on Dukhba's lap was just beautiful <3

I agree, this Sumud friendship will be a blessing to Samud because the first one can create some sparks in the second. Not to mention it's very entertaining to watch. Especially during the epis which have no eyelock moments at all, the Sumud moments are getting really good.
See, Sunny's obsession with food is very natural for him and it shows how healthy his attitude is towards it and love. Remember how Saras refused to have the sheera first from Guman and then from Dukhba until she fed it to him? Because accepting food is like consumption of something else. And Sunny uses food not just for nourishment but to flirt with Kumud, he could have easily asked Guman for some but he's too smart. He is so happy around food just as he is happy loving the people in his life, not afraid to play around with them the way he did with Saras. Of course, Sunny to my knowledge has no scars and that makes him fun to watch.
Thank you Afsara!! And thanks everyone for replying! 😃

Yes, those scenes were probably the highlight of the episode!! Sunny has definitely brought some much needed sunshine but I see his actions a little differently. I think its more to cheer Kumud up rather than flirting with her. Deep down, he probably empathizes for this amazing girl who was rejected by his friend.. yet she's doing soo much for him. I guess in a way he's assuring her that the rejection was not personal, any guy would be lucky to have her. Thoda cheer up karna to bantaa hai.. being the wonderful friend that he is 😃
