I think before the Haveli matter, LN will come to Ratnagiri and to create rift between VC and LN, Guman will use it.

Its under Lakshminandan's name. It was initially VC who pawned it to help LN when he was thrown out of the house with Gumaan. Later LN had bought the 'haveli' unknown to VC. VC continues to pay the loan though it is already cleared but the money he pays the moneylender is sent to LN who uses the the money on a business he started under Kumud's name.Gumaan knows this but she is waiting for the right moment to throw VC n F*Ly out and put the blame on LN.
