Prem is the perfect boyfriend - *blush*

Firstly, apologies for the delay - I have just come home for the hols and not only is my net connection slower, I also have to share my pc with 3, 000 ravaging vultures aka my little sister

OK, WOW. Can I just reiterate how much I love Prem? I love that boy to bits!!! What an episode!!

In the hospital

Prem is my Devki's bedside, waiting for her to wake up. Prerna watches from outside, a sad version of KZK playing.

Bajaj comes and stands next to her, gives her comfort.

Mahesh comes and tells Bajaj that he could not catch the truck driver. He feels that OY are responsible. Bajaj refutes this, saying that they have suspected them wrongly before as well. Mahesh asks why they should NOT suspect them. Just then, the police arrives.

Police:

• The driver came and surrendered.
• Is this him?
• He says that the brakes of that truck had failed.
• I have checked this myself.
• The truck driver apologises - the brakes failed and he got scared, so he jumped out.

Bajaj lets the driver.

Omi decides to leave (where the heck was he? ) and tells Sneha to call him if he needs anything.

Evil Headquarters

OYA's bhashan-filled evil pot - repeated from many an episode, so I skipped it. BUT, Omi refuses to let Prem "find out" about D's truth - Mahesh has started suspecting them, so they must win over the family's trust completely. Well, at least that gives us some time

Prerna goes to Panchmeshwar, yet again!

Prerna tells Bajju that she had kept a mannath for Prem, so she has to go to Panchmeshwar (where else? Why doesn't she just go and live there? ). She tells Bajju that he should stay here with the family.

Bajju makes arrangement while Prerna stares at him for a while. Hmm, makes a change

They share a really cute scene...cho chweet!!

Agar tumhe kuch ho jaata toh, Basanti?

Prem takes care of "Mukti" in the hospital, while Tumse Yoon Milenge plays. I love that song, btw...Flashbacks pervade the scene, and my shonu baby takes care of his baby...

Btw, "Old" UD-Prem style is back - hair in a ponytail, eyebrow ring, hoodies, the works! But why the hell is that stick back?

Prem notices Devki being a little distant. He follows her around for a while but darn it, she always manages to escape!

They go to the park, drink nariyal pani, their car breaks down; they get on a bus, all while the song plays and flashbacks continue...

Looks like these writers are intent on showing us a year's worth of PM scenes in one day - the last time they did that, we all know what happened

What's that saying in Hindi?

Devki is in the garden at night when Prem turns up He picks her dupatta off the grass and hands it to her. The musical continues with THAT song - God, if there's one thing I hate, its the multitude of songs - looks like they are kept there in the place of dialogues

Prem says: "I love you Mukti" Chooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo chweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet - how many times is that now? I love you tooooooo Prem

D is shocked. Well, acting it anyway...

Prem says that there is no reason for her to hide from him - the scar is there because of the accident (but which one, Prem ) and it will leave in due course. But I don't care about that - I love you so much! awwwwwwwwwww, what a cutie

But tell me one thing Prem - you noticed the daag on her face, but you didn't notice that her skin was suddenly two shades darker? I know its hot in India, but how can someone tan so much?

He says that whatever you are, you are mine, and I love you, and thats FINAL! (he doesn't scream, but man, it sounds so funny - like he's announcing the winner of a competition or something )

Prem: You know, there's a saying in Hindi:

Frustrated at the lack of Basanti-like retort, Prem asks her what is wrong with her - cheer up.

He says that he doesn't like this quiet, sad Mukti at all. He wants his shouting, angry, insulting Mukti back so do we Prem, so do we...

He takes her hand, brings out the ring he had once given her. He goes to put it on her finger, then changes his mind - he will do it properly, in front of everyone...he does his UD-style goodbye, and leaves, leaving Devki bemused, a little relieved and the Mukti inside her smiling, no doubt...

Marriage plans

He goes into Bajju room's calling Mother India - THANK GOD!! Thank God he still calls her MI - I really miss that. It's ok to call her Ma too, but even Prem knows that the more he calls her MI, the less chance there is of her hair spookily flying without a nearby breeze

MI is not there, but Daddy Cool is. He tells Bajju that he wants to marry Mukti
Bajju is shocked but composes himself. He tells him that they shoudln't rush. Prem says that he is not interested in lavish affairs etc - he wants a simple, family wedding...wow, he really has changed!! No parties, UD?

He says that he will talk to the pandit ji asap. Then he says "Daddy Cool, I love you!" and HUGS HIM OMG - this boy is so whipped - sab ko "I love you" bolta phir raha hai?!!

Mahesh discovers something, I don't care, so I fastforward



Sneha and Devki are talking. D says that they were going to tell Prem everything when he gets better - Sneha says that they can't do that at the moment. Acha bas Mukti, nautanki band karo yaar

Prem comes in: What were you planning against me? I know, I have hurt you both a lot, and I really apologise for that. I have no idea why,but these days, whoever I meet, I apologise to! Uh Prem, who have you met recently? Not Bandhar Brigade, surely? Well, don't worry, no need to apologise to them

Prem: After makig so many mistakes, God has still forgiven me and given me my family back - I'm really grateful for that. Ok, stop now seriously - give me witty, sarky UD back, please!!!

Business trouble?

Bajaj and junior Bajaj aka Mahesh tell junior Bajaj part 2 aka Tushki to go to Panchmeshwar to be with Prerna. They wonder who will take care of the business. Prem says that he is there - no worries. Ha!! Right - like they'll believe this one!

Bajaj says that Prem needs to take rest (uh Bajju, he doesn't even know that something happened to him) and Prem asks why. See! I told you!

Bajaj reiterates that Tushar will take care of the business, and Prem gets upset and leaves. Tushar says that Prem can do it, but Bajju says that he has just returned from the hospital - its best he is not given stress. Prem overhears this and is confused.

Mahesh and Rish are at the police station, recapping the Panchmeshwar bank robbery and says that the robbers are back, near their house.

Hmmm, I wonder what this chakkar is? They were just small-time robbers, right? The robbers became the catalyst for Prerna finding Devki....does this have any significance? What if D is sent by OYA? Uh-oh...

What an eppy!! Watch it for PREM. I wouldn't say PM scenes, since Devki ji had hardly a word to say, but seriously, Prem was such a cutie

yaar it seems im dreaming...prem is alive and well and back to himself seems a dream..i guess we've been seeing him in a vegetable state that now his normal seems so heavenly...and god manoj/prem was looking soooo fineeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..........i luv his ponytail..im glad its back..i was sooo sad when he lost it..but now its back 😃 😉
