Dear Jugliji, you are right of course. But you must look at things from RK's perspective. Of course if he loves her. What can he do ? He can say sorry for everything, he can say that he loves her etc. But would it be enough to win her trust back ? I don't think so. He is intelligent and he knows that only if they are same, their relationship has a future with true feelings and without acting and without doubts...

Sultan was not a part of his plan. RK is very, very jealous and he will make mistake. He thinks that MB's love is so big and strong and that she would never leave him (not for long time and he can find her everytime at the chawl). It will be his biggest mistake, then she will leave him and she will go to Sultan. It will make him crazy that he can't find her. It wil be very, very painful for him
