I don't think God really cares how youpronounceit as long as your intention is right. I guess , we, Muslims,focus too much on outer things than inner things.

And using it with people, very few people try to distinguish unless they are Arabic linguist .


i don't agree with. If u are wishing somebidy something , then u should do it right. Regardless of ur intensions. Even not for that. We muslims sholud do the thing the way we are taught. So i think it does make a big difference.

The first thing I say when I enter my house is salam. But I always say it short. Salamwalaikum. Now I shall say As salam alaikum. :D
