Does Asad's answer really matter at this moment? I mean even if he does not confess to Dilshad that he loves Zo, does it matter? i think it does not, because Dilshad's choice is not going to change even if he says NO... Dilshad has already chosen Zoya and likes Zoya more than Tanveer.. that was clear yesterday.. So now, even if Asad says that he does not love Zoya, why would Dilshad choose Tanveer when she knows that Asad does not love Tanveer either.. And even if Asad denies that he loves Zo, Dilshad would still have some suspicion that he actually loves Zo and Dilshad would still feel that Zoya and Asad are made for each other.. She said that yesterday which means that she does not feel Tanveer is the right choice for Asad.

So Dilshad would choose Zoya and Asad would obviously go along with it because he would respect Dilshad's decision.

I think that precap is after dilshad declares that she has chosen Zoya.. she just wants to make it clear that she has taken a right decision and find out Asad's feelings.. Asad will deny it and Zoya standing behind might hear it and will be hurt but she will go ahead with the marriage preparations because she would still feel that may be Asad does love her and is denying it and she would hope for the best.. Asad will go back into his shell and Zo would be in a state of unsureness in the coming days till something big happens again prompted by tanu and Raziya..
