he calls anjalis home and kaveri speaks to her
anjali also cries saying she is also having problems here

when she keeps the phone mother stand in front of the house.

therapist is giving speech treatment for MAya
doctor tells Mayas brother(ashok's father) that she is doing better but will do even better if she cooperates.
ashoks sister comes in and asks maya if she could bring food and feed her.
maya asks for anjalai
sister says she has gone for her exams.
maya says she wants to see anjali right away
sister says once she comes back from exam she will ask her to come and see
maya gets stubborn
sister gets scared and sad..and leaves sayng father will bring food.

ashoks father comes inside mayas room and locks the room
he tells her that if she coopertates sh will get better and why she is not cooperating.
he did as she told to marry anjali off to ashok
if she is not gong to cooperate then he will start to give problems for anjali and make her suffer in front of her eyes.
maya says no.
then he says
if you dont wnat to see anjali suffer

police begs pardon and says that thilaga is here adn think she gave wrong number

he asks anjali if her sister name is thialaga
anjali is worried and asks what happened
he ignores her and continues to talk

Well,Saratha is doing a terrific job in providing great updates and if anyone has missed out on Thursday's episode, here is the brief story.

--Thilaka,and family members in police station. Her father/brothers
doing some wretched subservient talk and inspector threatens to file a
case. Now Ashok comes in and shows his card and the inspector drops
the matter immediately.
Anjali and Ashok come home and she tells Ashok not to judge her family
with this matter. Thilaka is very good, she says --it is all te fault
of that boy. Her elder bro is a little irresponsible and the next bro
will not take any decision without consulting his wife. Otherwise,they
are all very good,she gives her certificate! Ashok shrugs her off
saying he never asked about the matter.
She now thanks him and the mood changes and he asks her for "something
something". She says you have to wait for that till we go to Ooty.He
says I am prepared to take you even to Switzerland for that.

Maya tells Chak that Ashok should not go to ooty but Chak ignores her
talk.

Now they come to ooty and suddenly Nalini apopears with her chlld in
tow. (how she escaped and how she knew ashok is coming to ooty? better
not to ask)
Ashok drives away fast but anjali wonders.
They come back to hotel and ashok goes to a corner and shouts to his
adiyal asking how nalini escaped? He instructs them to somehow tackle
the problem. Anjali listens and asks him why he is shouting and who
is this nalini.He gives some lame duck excuse. She says she is afraid
of people who shout.

Again when they are outside, Nalini corners him again. He oushes
anjali inside the car and threatens nalini and drives off.
When Ashok/anjali come out later, they see someone trying to grab
nalini. She tells anjali not to believe ashok. She tells ashok to
reply for this child. She tells anjali that her life will be ruined by
ashok. Ashok just says nalini is a mad woman and manages to drive off
with anjali.

Back in hotel, anjali asks ashok about what happened. She says she saw
Nalini in Pondy also. Whatever she asks, ashok's only reply is to shut
up her mouth.

FRIDAYS EPISODE

Ajnali and ashok return from honeymon
luggages are taken inside by servants
when anjali takes a bag servant says to leave t and she will carry else boss will shout
ashok sits in the hall upset

Pa comes and enquires abt Hm but stops seeing him upset and tells that his dad is callin

MAYA is telling her brother that she told him not to send them for HM and he ignored

father tells maya to shut up and that he will speak to ashok

anjali: (to SIL OTHER SCENE)one lady with child kept comming whereever we went

yesterday she fought with hubby holding his shirt and asking answer to a child what is all this?

father: if u stay calm nothing is going to happen

just tell me i'll try to solve it

MAYA:call that girl and resolve not with him.that girl is a very gud girl she is not the trouble only he is the trouble

father: shut up

anjali: if i ask anything he is asking me to shut up..who is this nalini?

father: is there a problem with nalini?

ashok gets wild and screams nothing

father asks is there a problem with anjali

again he shouts theres nothing wrong and leaves the place

anjali cries and SIL consoles her and asks her not to leave the house at any cost becoz only anjali can live with him

ashok calls his friends and talks to them and shouts at them for leaving nalini alive

he suspects that someone is giving all his information thats y she is everywhere trying to talk to anjali

he commands his rowdies to leave to ooty and finish nalini becoz everyday anjali is eager to meet nalini..

rowdies tell its ashoks fault for letting her go in marriage..

6 months i lived and she is threatening me with her child

anjali is studying in the garden..SIL comes and closees her eyes from behind

SIL says she doesnt know.. anjali says she is the one who followed her to ooty wanting to talk to anjali

anjali begs SIL to tell the truth as she is the only one who is kind in the house

jeeva sits outside waiting for his wife kaveri..mother asks him to cum inside and eat.. he shouts at her.. kaveri cums home..he asks her where he went..MIL tells him that she went to mother's house.. he shouts at her for not obeying him and going to mother's house.. he asks y he bought the pressure cooker and came.. he shouts at her.. MIL watches all this.. he throws the cooker outside..she shouts at him takes and jeeva is abt to slap him and stops..she cries saying thaat instead of living like this she can die.. she says she leaves to her parents house..jeeva shouts at her and sends her inside...

anjali's mother is getting banged by her clients for not producing the chit money...father sits at the back and tells that she gave it kaveri for buying cooker.. thilaga shouts.. and anjali cums to comprimise.. drunken brother cums and a big fight arises...jeeva  comes and says to brong the money she has at present ..jeeva puts the money and gives it to them..he tells his MIL not to buy anything for kaveri ..and that he married kaveri only becoz he liked kaveri..anjali says thanks. jeeva asks her health and life and asks abt her exam and when she is leaving..she answers.. mother cries.. looking at her drunken brother lying down hurt  and worries who is going to take care of him and her children..anjali consoles that she is there for them and she will take care of the family ..after getting degree she will go to wok and take care of the family..

SIL arrives.. father brings coffee and sees her and tells her that he is goign to giv coffee to maya..SIL says she knows and tells him that his behaviour towards maya is not nice..father says she is god and that he will tell her everything.. SIL laughs.. says she doesnt believe in god and tells father that she knows he is epecting something from maya..

drunken brother is lying in fever..thilaga advices him not to drink then only he will be alright.. second brother and family crosses him and asks her what happened.. he asks y mother took manjula's fan?? he gave t for anjali and not for brother..he tells mother to hide the fan and after he takes hi swife out she can use it for brother..but by then manjula arrives..asks what and enquires abt fan.. thilaga shouts not paying rent and giving money and taking money ..it ok if they use the fan..manjula cals thilaga ODHUKALI and tells her to shut up..mother tells manjula not to call unmarried girl llike that and she will not get married if called like that..manjula back answeres syaing she will find her own husband.. thilaga and manjula back answer each other and fight..manjula tells her husband to give 1 slap to thilaga..brother tells to take fan and go upstairs.. manjula gets angry her husband and says she will go to her parents house..thilaga fights..anjali cums and says she only gave the fan..thilaga fights she wont giv the fan and manjula wants it..manjula says if not for anjali thilaga would be in jail...and anjai interrupts..

mothr gets worried and asks anjali wats all this police and all..anjali consols her telling it nothing and manni shouted at her in anger.. and comprimises everything..

raja says its the same book that he gave and sold it for 600 Rs.. and that shopkeeper gave it back to raja after raja paid another 1000.. anjali's father sold it to the shop it seems.. he tells her not to feel bad for raja paying twice for the book and that he only wants anjali to study well and become collector..anjali asks where her father will be right now..he tells he will be playing cards.. anjlai gets  angry and asks raja to take her there.. both leave..///

Update for Mon Dec 18-2006

Nothing much interesting happening today.

Kaveri's father comes to her house looking very angry. He does not come inside and blames her husband for his lost job. Soon Jeeva comes out and he tells Sundaram that it was probably a mistake to tell Sundram's name while pleading for Velu, the fellow worker. Sundaram tells him that you are a ungrateful fellow since I got you the job when you were like a loafer and I gave my daughter to you. Jeeva apologises but Sundaram pays no heed. Jeeva's mother interjects and says what you are talking about giving your daughter? She is after all a maladi. Two years have passed after marriage but still nothing has happened.
Hearing maladi word, Sundaram gets angry and tells that Jeeva is not a man enough. Kaveri had enough of thsi and comes to her father and asks him to go away from the house. He leaves saying you are not my daughter anymore etc etc.

Nalini stands near Anjali's house looking for her. Watchman drives her away and now Yamuna comes out and sees Nalini. Though Nalini tells some excuse about being Anjali's school friend, Yamuna recollects seeing her during Anjali's marriage. Finally Yamuna tells that Anjali's is in her parents' house and gives the address. Yamuna asks Nalini her name but she runs away.

Jeeva/Kaveri are talking and he says he is thinking about what happened. She says on our first night, you said you wanted to save money for your mother's operation and hjnce wanted to put off children for some time. It was our decison and so don't worry about it. Jeeva says it is better if we plan to have a child now.
kaveri now talks about Anjali being very rich and will have no problems. Jeeva says money won't buy everything and he knows that Ashok is not good and Anjali will not have a easy time there.

Now some absolute trash conversations in Sundaram's house. (You can easily fast forward this segment. May be better to fast forward the full episode itself!! ) He is counting his settlement money. His drunkard son eyes the mnoney and wants a share. Sundaram's wife is shocked that he has lost his job but tells him to at least give some money so that she can pay up the pending rent. He refuses and says he is going for gambling. Now Gunasekar comes with family ready to go for a cinema and he is told that he has to pay the rent from now onwards. His wife says they would rather go separate. Guna's brother reminds her about how much expenses they probably have to incur if they live separate. She gets annoyed and tells Guna --no cinema no thanikudithanam and goes inside.
Now kaveri comes and Sundaram shouts at her and tells her to get out of the house. She leave crying and sees Anjal;i/thilaka at the door coming from the temple. Anjali threatens her father that if he did not let Kaveri in, she will leave the house. He tries to tell that you are like a mahalakshmi, kuthuvilakku etc but she is firm and Sundaram has to call Kaveri in again.

Next, Anjali is seen standing in the beach and someone puts a hand on her shoulder and she turns.
