Indore, Dec. 2 (PTI): A case has been filed against Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai and actor Hrithik Roshan for an alleged obscene sequence in their recently-released film Dhoom-2. The case was filed in the court of judicial magistrate first class R K Batham by advocate Shailendra Dwivedi under sections 292 (vulgarity) and 509 (derogatory to women) of the IPC. The complainant has alleged that women felt offended after watching the scene and it promoted vulgarity in society, especially among the youth.

The court has fixed December 11 for recording evidence in the case.

whats their problem???censor passed it...yeh mallika sherawat has done sleeping scenes in murder...what about that?amir khan and karishma kissed in raja hindustani..rani n abhishek did it in bunty n bubly..they should get a life

omg some people are sooo lifeless....i didnt hear any case being filed against Jism, Murder and other movies that had kisses....these ppl jsut want publicity and it wasnt at all vulgar....its sad to see what extent ppl can go to to gain publicty

I wonder tooo. I din't think people can stoop to such low levels just to gain publicity. If D:2 is vulgar, then the following movies are vulgar as well.

You know wat i think your right moon_uk,
i was thinking the xact same thing,how come nobody filed a case against him, he's done countless kiss scenes.
the scene was minor compared to scenes in other films that hav bin released without any fuss.
these people have nothing better to do,thats y they are making such a big issue out of this.
