hard to say, they're both playing games with each other and last time i checked you don't play around with the person you love. so I'd say both of them do love each other immensely, but in their own convoluted way?

Madhu faking love as seen to be ... from new promo I guess RK is not faking, he is just suspected on Madhu but his love is real.. there is some expressions where love can be seen real while Madhu is convincing him hard that she loves only him.

i think madhu n rk is not faking her now his love is real..now he know dat he can't live without madhu..n madhu is also not faking she is just trying 2 change rk from egoistic n heartless man to a kind hearted man..or if rk become just hearted man its a miracle..rite kameena will become rite man soon..
