'We've Never Been Happier,' Say Boney & Sridevi

The legal and property disputes between Sridevi and her sister Srilatha are a thing
of the past. Now Sridevi has established a comfort level with her once-estranged
sister , thanks to Boney Kapoor's mediation, so much so that on Monday evening
Srilatha and her husband threw a grand party in Chennai for her star-sister's
Padma Sri honour.

Bollywood's happiest couple at the moment are Sridevi and Boney Kapoor.And to
prove it they've been partying non-stop for the entire week ever since she received
the Padma Sri award in Delhi last week.

On Monday evening in Chennai Sridevi's sister Latha threw a party . The night
before on Sunday Sridevi and Boney were in Hyderabad to attend a party in
Sridevi's honour hosted by her cousin Maheshwari.


Says Boney, "Why should I not be proud of my wife? You name me one other actress
who has had a 40-year innings as an actress and who made a comeback like she did.
Do you know English Vinglish has earned 5 million dollars worldwide. It was released
in Hong Kong in March where it has become the second-most successful Hindi film
after 3 Idiots. For a heroine-centric film that's quite an achievement.Do you know Sri
is the only actress to have played the lead with two generation of actors in the South
and North. In Telugu cinema she has starred opposite both N T Rama Rao and his
son. In Bollywood she has worked opposite both Dharmendra and Sunny Deol. I feel
she should have got the Padma Sri long back. But never mind. We're celebrating her
success belatedly."

Boney says he has a double reason to feel proud. "On the one hand Sri is doing so
well for herself getting recognition from places that she deserves. On the other hand
my son Arjun Kapoor's second film Aurangzeb is ready for release and it's getting the
kind of attention that very few films have done lately. Next to Ranbir Kapoor and Yeh
Jawani hai Deewani it's my son Arjun in Aurangzeb who has received the maximum
hits on the internet."

One learns that Sridevi has been taking a keen interest in Arjun Kapoor and his new
film Aurangzeb.Apparently the actress makes sure that Boney spends as much time
as possible with his two children from his first wife as he does with his kids from
Sridevi.

If this wasn't Boney speaking, I'd have thought what a nice man indeed to be so proud of his wife's achievements!

Can Sridevi's PR be a bit more sensitive towards Mona's death and not create such articles. A couple married for so long needn't publically declare their love every 10 mins!👎🏼

Shut up. No one cares about how happy you two are. Whoever Sridevi's PR is should advise these 2 that the "madly in love + happily married couple" image they wanna send out is revolting.
