Is just a signature by Suhnaina is enough to claim the house? Doesn't that required to be registered and the the entire family I mean the Suhnaina's children & Chacha to be sign the papers? Doesn't it require teh witness? As far as I know, till such time it is registered and the property rights will not be transferred to the buyer. Then how can the big business woman Indrani Devi forget that that too in a house where one of the son is a Police officer?

in serial world, they do not go into much details. Only in serials you can see someone giving blank cheques and ask to fill in any amount they want.

But one thing I don't understand with Suhnaina's educated children, don't they have the thinking capacity? If Indrani kept rising the amount for their house, can't they feel that there is something cooking. Can't they imagine that if the rate is doubled instantly, (from 5 cores to 10 crores), that too not in any auction but by teh same person, that the worth of that building is much more than she is offering? They are not even thinking of an alternative / prospective buyer or they didn't even thought of evoluating their house before agreeing for selling.

We have seen dead people come back after some months in soaps. Jus keep logic aside when you watch and enjoy the show.

I agree Anu.

I dont think they were really goiing to investigate the value all as they were willing to settle for anything they get. If we were to dig into eveything in details, there will be many loopholes not only in this serials but all the shows.
