By an unfortunate stroke of luck, Priyanka Chopra's assistant, Jiban Patra was found dead in LA last week. Priyanka and her crew were in the city working on her upcoming music album.
There were reports that Mr. Patra's family were finding it hard to get the body back to India. But Priyanka's team worked relentlessly on the matter and the body reached India on Tuesday.
Seen here is Priyanka with her mom paying her last rites to Mr. Patra.
R.I.P Mr. Patra. We hope his family gets the strength and courage to wade through these tough times.
