after sometime...
virat : i think i should make a move now...
as manvi heard this, she held the baby more protectively in her arms. the baby was giggling n playing with her hands unaware of what was going to happen after few minutes ie she will be separated from the person who is everything to her.
mitali : ok but that doeant mean u come here less... do visit us often else we will visit you... woh actually i am already missing my honeybun...
naina : yeah i am also missing my cupcake...
rishabh : its okk nain... we will also have a baby once me n manvi get married... right manvi...??
rishabh looked ta manvi and panicked on seeing the tears rolling down her cheeks...
rishabh : manvi shh... its okk... u dont need to cry baby...
virat (bit uncomfortable) : manvi shall we...??
manvi looked at virat n nodded her head in positive...
rishabh : where are u heading towards manvi...??
naina : bhai wo actually...
rishabh (louder than his usual tone) : nain i am talking to manvi
manvi : woh main virat.. i mean i am going with virat to settle the baby...
mitali : its okk... isnt it rishabh...???
rishabh : yeah mom in law...
virat : i think i can manage alone...
manvi : no... i am coming... i cant leave the baby like that...
virat : okk...
the situation became difficult n so was rishabh. and this whole scene wasnt difficult for manvi to notice n feel. she quietly followed virat after picking up the baby's bag.
on the way back home, virat was driving quietly but was somehow feeling complete on seeing manvi and the bay enjoying each other's company. he was loving this feeling n for the first time after he lost maya, he felt his family was complete. the next moment he mentally slapped himself for thinking that way about his friend who was standing beside him in such a difficult situation and doing so much for him without expecting anything in return. and then he dared ask something that was bothering him the most at that time.
virat : manvi...???
manvi : hmm...
virat : are u happy...???
manvi : huh...??
virat : i mean are u happy with rishabh...???
manvi : yeah... (she said it very casually still busy playing with the baby n seemed least affected by the question...)
virat : do u love him...?? (donno why he was scared for the upcoming answer...)
manvi suddenly looked at virat with a jerk and tried answering his question. she wanted to say yes but words were coming out of her mouth. her throat was choked and she was unable to say anything, so she simply nodded her head in positive and looked down.
virat saw manvi replying in positive n looking down again, he felt as if she ignored him and it hurted him. he felt atug at his heart when he thought that manvi was really in love with taht rishabh. virat focused on driving instead of thinking about such stuff.
they reached home n vanshika welcomed her grand daughter in her house with a aarti.
after sometime
manvi : virat i have settled everything n if u are unable to find anything, do call me... let it be any time of teh day... i am always there for u n my princess...
virat : hmm..
manvi : virat are u sure u wll be able to do it...???
virat : what...???
manvi : i mean taking care of the baby alone... i mean if u want i can come here in day time to take care of the baby...
virat : i will do it.. thanks n mom is there for her... manvi i seriously think, u shouldnt get that attached with the baby... it would eventually hurt u both... i can see the baby is used to being close to you already...
manvi : virat...???
virat : cmon u have a life of your own... u have a boyfrriend to spend time with.. u cant ignore him because of me or my baby...
manvi : its not like that... rishabh understands...
virat : really...??? u think so...???
manvi : yes i think so...
virat : no manvi... he isnt happy with all this... he wants your time n attention...
manvi : virat rishabh is not like that...
virat : i dont care whether he is like that or not, but i still advice its better...
manvi : virat please dont do this to me... i love her like anything... please dont ask me to forget her like that...i cant virat... please partner...
virat : thats what i am saying partner... u cant stay here with her all the time...
manvi : but why...???
virat : because you are not her mother...
there was complete silence in the room n the only sound that was audible was their heartbeats n the sound of their breathing.
manvi felt guilty for the mistake she did... she unintentionally killed maya n snatched a mother from a new born. on the other hand virat realised what he said in his anger n rage.
virat : i mean...
manvi : its okk... i am leaving...
virat : manvi listen to me...
manvi : i am sorry... i shouldnt have said so much...
virat : partner please...i was just a little upset...
manvi suddenly forget her uneasiness and asked virat " upset... upset about what...?? are u okk...?? do u need something... "
virat nodded his head in positive n liked this gesture of manvi...
manvi : what...??
virat : a hug...
manvi : just a hug...??
virat : hmmm...
manvi threw herself in his arms and instantly virat wrapped his arms around her and held her close. manvi buried her head in his chest n felt as if she wasnt concerned about the world now, she was only concerned about the man whom she was hugging n the baby who was everything to her. manvi moved her hand a little up and held a fistful of his shirt and hugged him more closely getting lost in his cologne and melting by his touch every passing second. virat was happy now, manvi was with him but still the thought of her and rishabh together wasnt leaving his mind. thinking of rishabh n manvi together n the way he kissed her, made virat flinch a little and he tightened his hold on manvi.

manvi : virat i... i..
this brought virat back to the real world n he broke the hug n stepped back. manvi raelised what she was about to say n looked down avoiding any sort of eye contact with virat.
manvi : see u later... bye...
virat saw her walking out... no... running out of the room and kept staring at the door.

I know its short but manage for the time being... from the next update the story will proceed in a much faster speed... thats why i am forced to end this chapter here... this chapter is dedicated to the ones who have been eagerly waiting for it... 😃

Awesome..~!! First Virats uneasiness and Maanvis confuison n uncomfort...will re-surface allot of things as the story progresses...As old flames subside but never die...u knw wht i mean...Loved Maanvi's bond with the kid...N rishab has become all territorial...But Maanvi will not really b quite for long...yes she is loyal but she is a lady who spks her heart n honest...m waiting when one outburst will either sort or mess things further...Superb Naina...~!!!
