What if Pari turns out to be Romil's and Ovi's daughter after Arvi reunites? Maybe Ovi gave the doctor money to change the DNA report so it matches Arjun. Then when she encounters Arvi, she thinks her baby is dead and Arvi's baby is alive. And Dr. Onir swapped the babies intentionally so Arvi's baby is actually dead. This is the only way I can see Arvi reuniting, and they will end up raising Pari as their own.
