no matter how many developments are made... the directors will just ignore them and act like there is nothing the doc's can do! How unrealistic!

Doctors in indian serials are amazing. One minute they can bring back the dead or give eyesight to blind (with the help of a dead person ofcourse) and then there will be a little car accident..no blood..a few bandages and they will come out of the operation room shaking their head with the classic dialogue..."Hum aapki beti ko nahi bacha sake" !!!
