I also wonder why Saroj Khan addresses Manav as "Manav ji" ... I agree only Sachin was called "Sachin ji" last year. This year, Manav is soo much younger and does not have any formal dancing training too. But still, our Saroj "ji" calls him Manav ji!!??

I would like to believe that it is out of respect, but I really doubt about it. It's hard to believe that someone who doesn't have a cent of humility would say that to someone so junior to her. Maybe its an unconcious way....

Now I really want to know. I wish one of the anchors would ask Saroj "ji" about it! ... it would be interesting to hear what she says.

manav generally stays quiet on Nach and his dance speaks for him.. He commands respect..
