ummmm.... to make a topic u have to go to the top left hand corner of the page and it says topic or poll. then u choose which one u wanna do and to make it a hot topic it only relies upon how many people reply.!hope that helped 😃

Only mods/viewbies, GA's and Admins can make sticky's not members, and I'm not quite sure what you mean by a "hot topic" if your referring to the # of ppl who reply to your post then you have to make a good topic(that has NOT been repeated before) and just start a good conversation with members to reply too.. the more # of replies you get the "hotter" your topic i guess..
