I have to vote for Salman Khan here...at least he is good looking and did some really good movies...Rajendra Kumar was neither good looking nor could act to save his life...

and BTW salman has some legendary movies which ppl would remember forever like MPK,HAHK and even the 'chulbul pandey' character is iconic ! Dunno if rajendra kumar had sth like that or not

Maine Pyaar Kiya...most definitely...even though Shahrukh may be the king of romance ...but Salman gave the best romantic movie ever...

I dunno who in god's name is Rajenra Kumar, but I'm sure he was a much better actor than Salman khan. 😛

LOL Rajendra was ok. Not horrible but not awesome either. Somewhere in the middle. It's not like he was completely devoid of acting talent (obviously he was no Sanjeev or Dilip, duh!). Salman probably showed more charm or charisma in his younger days though.

I agree with you. RK is not a bad actor. He was being compared with legendary actors like DK, SK, Raj Kumar and thats where he came short. He is excellent job in Arzoo. The only actor whom I compare with Sallu is Uday Chopra.

I don't think I have ever seen a Rajendra Kumar film. He and Dilip Kumar put me to sleep. From that era, I much prefer Dev Anand. At least he had his own flamboyant style.
