I do not want any revenge track - it is a vicious circle - you will never get out of it. My question is why should women always compromise? Why? Why should we be expected to patch up a botched relationship? Why should we always be the sati savitri ? Whatever the CVs decided to show, they better not show Madhu being the "adharniya understanding patni" - I very well will personally visit India and wack Gautam Hegde.

You stand correct in what you say...and I agree to that 100% if one of the person feels suffocated ina relationship.. but the irony here is.. our lady doesn't feel suffocated.. she wants this at the end of the day.. so I guess this debate doesn't stand a chance here..

I am not advocating a second chance.. I am assuming they both want each other.. so given that.. WHAT NEXT?

If they want each other then stop this nautanki and carry on with their marriage. The very least that they can do is be honest with their feelings, discuss their failings, communicate and do all those things which normal people do to mend a broken relationship. This hot and cold behaviour of Madhu is driving me nuts. If she still wants him in her life inspite of what he did to her then she bloody well accept it and get people who are close to her to accept it.

You have made very good points.

Revenge is not MB's style. And she is under great pressure and looks and feels defeated by R.K.'s bullying.

So your 3rd option just might be the way to deal with him.
