She's doing it for both Ayaan and Asad! She love Asad ( doesn't recognize it yet) and feels connects with his pain and frustration...wants his happiness. She thinks this will bring him some joy and since he's stepped up for her she should too. Asad too would want to go..but not there with someone very dear to his heart ...he wants to but can't! Zoya knows this... Despite all of what he says she is able to listen to what he does not say.
The fact that T is creating trouble is not Z's fault! That is what I am trying to say. Her decision is risky but right! Tanveer is creating problems an show is she to know since she is a good soul!

This... I feel was sort of validated in today's episode... Z knows Asad's heart like no one else and is willing to risk her happiness for it!
