The story revolves around Arnav and Khushi, both experiencing some problems in a daily life routine, something like they keep on dreaming the same thing every time or one knows the other's name when they have met for the first time. This keeps on raising questions in Khushi's mind when one day she enters into the Devi maiyya's temple and asks for all the answers on what is happening. She meet an Old man over there whom she doesn't know but then the Old man reveals a the biggest truth of her life to her.
Arnav Singh Raizada: a high profile business man who is arrogant and does what he finds right, he believes in himself that whatever he does is right, he never accepts defeat until he meets Khushi who challenges him, Arnav being someone who has never learnt to lose, he goes an extent of giving his love Khushi the worst kind of pain ever just by trying to win.
Khushi Kumari Gupta: a sweet innocent and bubbly girl, she believes in what is right. She wakes up from the same dream every morning and is tensed about it. finaly she meets the great Arnav Singh Raizada, at first they behave good to each other when all over a sudden Khushi changes her mind to something else nd they become enemies.
Anjali Jha: She lives with her brother Arnav in Raizada Mansion after they both lost their parents, she is married to Shyam who also lives with her in the Raizada mansion because Arnav did not want her sister to go away from him.
Shyam Manohar Jha: Anjali's husband and a realy confusing character because whatever he does leave people wondering if he is a positive or negative character.
Aakash Singh Raizada: the son of Arnav's maami and Arnav's best friend. He falls in love with Khushi's sister Payal but after having a hate-love relation.
Payal Gupta: Khushi's sister, she is a very simple girl but hates the rich men as she think they are all arrogant and in between all this she meets Aakash and she gets to know that all rich boys are not the same.
N.K aka Nandkishor Singh Raizada: Arnav's real small brother who studies abroad and all over a sudden comes back to delhi for his marriage.
Garima Gupta: Khushi and Payal's mother.
Shashi Gupta: Khushi and Payal's father, he loves both the sisters a lot and can do anything for them.
Madhumati (Buaji): Shashi's sister.
Manorama Raizada: Mother to Aakash, she is sweet but very rude, her husband lives abroad, she misses him a lot but never shows it.
