At least she isn't shown dancing away in this condition! 🥱 As for those who are talking about her saving Aakash in such a condition, well in their defense, the CVs did show her feeling sick after that. I don't understand why people have issues with everything. Firstly, it was the baby bump and now it is this. I think Aarti's pregnancy has been kept relatively real.
