cvs are making dis show fr dmselves.. bcz wenvr someone points out d flaws and get dm to notice.. saurabh tewari aur raghuveer shekhawat would put it back on d viewrs wid comments like- "we make wat we believe" and " if u dont like it dont watch it" and " i expected i had a mature audience"...
sometimes i feel let dm b d only ones watchin the show
Does that make is okay? It's like saying that an abuser is always prone to abuse so it's okay that he is doing this. The very objective of my post is to say that no one, I mean no one has the right to treat another human being like an animal. What you are saying is that RK is an animal and we should not expect human like behavior from him.
The blackmail was not okay'but madhu had a choice there. She could say no and face the consequences but she decided she wanted to save her father. Here the choice is taken away from her. Just because she is kind and does not want to see harm done it is not okay to treat her like an animal. She is human, has not committed any crime, why should she be kept against her wishes, when he had thrown her out in the first place. He made the mistake and she paid for it, and now again she is paying by her liberty and respect being trampled upon
No he does not deserve a second chance. He has to earn a second chance. You mean to say after all that he has put her through, she does not even have the right to be stubborn. What has he done or demonstrated since he threw her out of his life that tells her that he deserves a chance. Nothing. And you think treating her like an animal will get him a second chance. I think this will make her even more stubborn.
So no he does not deserve a chance, he needs to earn it by leaving his ego behind and treating her like a human with free choice. Whether he gets a chance than will depend on her and what she is willing to do. He cannot force it and if he does than it defeats the purpose.
Who wants a lovesick puppy, how about just a decent respectful human, who does not believe he is owed everything and that it's all about him and no other else's feeling matter. I think he missed the whole point of what madhu tried to teach him. He is not listening to his heart. He is demonstrating he has no heart. He is listening to his ego and his power.
No matter what, if we don't think there is something wrong in forcing someone to give a second chance, by taking away their basic freedom and chaining them than we need to rethink what our values are. If we say its fiction, than let's accept that and say that the character is acting dark and not glorify his actions as love. Chaining someone does not shout love from any angle.

you people are ruining your own enjoyment of the show,
If you don't like the way the story is going then simply don't watch it.And yes that's easy to say but how about you do it.The story tellers will tell the story as and how they wish. You have a choice to either watch it and see how it pans out or if you are not happy with the way things are being portrayed then simply turn off.You are entitled to your opinions and views yes, but it seems that some people really are taking a fictional show a little too seriously. You know how Ekta Kapoor had disclaimers inserted before her shows, the ones that state that the characters and story is totally a depiction of fiction and art it is not in any way connected to real people or reality. THAT is how you should take MBInstead this constant battle of 'how can they show this' or 'how can he do that' is just going to cause issues amongst fans and the forumAnd no i am not saying that treatment of a real person like this is correct, but I am able to identify that what i'm seeing is a tv show, that too a melodramatic indian daily soap which are synonymous with their OTT stories and outrageous scenarios therefore i'm able to not take it seriously.

if i were being honest i'd say the name of this thread bothers me more than anything i've seen in the show; it's so derogatory, and demeaning.

You know what boils my blood even more? When Padmini was charged with Balraj's murder Madhu gave a speech in court where she talked about women power and how overly worshiped sons grow up to abuse wives and rape girls in moving buses...The next episode RK was in full repentant mode and apologized for behaving like those animals Madhu had talked about in the court. Now that same character drags her to his house, locks her up, handcuffs her, monitors her phone calls... so basically, the CVs are thinking- "we did our bit for women power when Amanat/Damini/Nirbhaya was the trending topic now let's go back to the medieval business of tying up women and call it eternal love". So what if this makes a mockery of all those who came down on the streets to demand dignity for womanhood, so what if this makes a mockery of the girl who died..."Seriously CVs? Even Mills & Boons updates their male chauvinist heroes from time to time and make them more civilized.Actually, I should stop complaining about RK. His character has gone beyond absurd. But I can't because this is being celebrated as romance and passion and eternal ishq and what not and that worries me and disturbs me...

Mature audience? What is their definition of maturity? Appreciation of torture? Celebrating behaviour both illegal and unethical as eternal love? You know what? I expected we had mature makers.Does no one governs content on television? The censor board gets all heckled if someone kisses on screen (where in movies you can actually regulate the agegroup of the audience) while there's nobody to say anything for television which is a family medium.
Madhubala's character in the series was portrayed as a character who showed mercy even to her well-intentioned enemy. But when I watched the...
