If so then she is a citizen of India! Therefore she need not get visa extension!

I think she was born in the US because Gaffur had an affair with Zoya's mom in the US

Yes she is born in india BUT most likely since she has lived in US her whole life, she was able to apply for citizenship for america. once u get a citizenship for there u have to give up your indian citizenship. (i know this bc i have gone through this process loll)

and and there is actually an apportion in america where u can get a dual citizenship so u can be a citizen for america and india at the same time. it costs more to do but i think its worth it. (my parents did that lol)

She was born in the US, because like someone mentioned Gaffur had a relationship with her mom there, and then Zainab bought Zoya with her to India to tell Razia everything.

However, even if you do give up your citizenship for India for a US Passport or Canadian Passport, you can never be denied an Indian Visa or an extension as you are a born Indian citizen. Sorry, I know about this, as I was born in India and we moved to Canada when I was only 5.
