Karan Tacker's grandmother passes away

Karan Tacker better known as Viren of Star Plus' Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai recently suffered a personal loss with his grandmother passing away.

Well, the actor who is seen as a loving husband and a caring brother on-screen is the same when it comes to his family in real life too. Therefore, it wasn't easy on him when he heard the news of his grandmother's demise on 14 April 2013.

The actor rushed to Delhi at once as she stayed there.

We also hear that his grandmother was his biggest critic when it came to his on-screen performances. He also went on to tweet, "Just returned from Delhi, lost a very important member of my family, my Dadi." (sic)

The artist was missing from the sets yesterday however he is back to shooting today (16 April 2013).

Our thoughts go out to Karan and his family!!!
