Ishita is blind to what true love really is. She thinks Yash loves her so much because Aartis carrying his child but She doesnt know how much Aarti has struggled to get Yashs love and acceptance and that was of patience and real love pure in nature not obsessive or with an intention of hurting others.
Hope Ishita realises that true love can never be achieved through evil intentions. It needs purity of thoughts in it. 😊
