Looks like TV is regressing to the dark ages all over again. Shame on the makers of this show for conceptualising a sequence in which Gopi's mother-in-law Koki 'punishes' her by taping her mouth. It was belittling,parochial and anti-women, to say the least.

Cool OP Hetal. I have to admit that reading the WU's the last few days have left an incredible bad taste in my mouth. And I have no plans to watch the epis.

I have nfi what the CV's are trying to do here. But I cannot in any way relate this to any naya soch thinking that SP is trumpeting from the rooftops.

Koki taping Gopi's mouth. Is this what they are encouraging aspiring mil's to use on their dil's?

Hetal you probably have no idea how happy that article has made me feel. We can gripe, swear, gnash all we want and nothing happens but once the papers put it in print it might just give the makers a right old kick up the @rse.

unfortunately I have to agree 🤢...CVs have turned Koki from a fiercely protective mother to a ravaging beast! 😡🤢

I hope after all this they show koki enrolling onto anger management programme...thta would be a lesson learnt from all this torture...koki's anger is her biggest weakness...she gets angry and takes split second decisions without giving anyone a opportunity to explain.
