(Rey is facing the fuse box and Taani is standing behind him.)

Taani: Rey aap theek ho? (Keeps her hand on his shoulder.)

*Rey turns and hugs her tightly and starts crying.*😭

Taani (confused): Rey aap ro kyun rahe ho?

Rey: Sab meri galati hai. Yeh sab meri vajah se hua hai. It's all my fault.😭

Taani: Yeh aap kya bol rahe ho? Aapki galati?

Rey: 10 saal pehle jab hum Delhi mein rehte the, tab dad ko kisi meeting ke liye Mumbai aana tha. Meine dad ko force kiya ki hum teeno [Nik Sharon and Rey] bhi saath challenge. Toh hum ek vacation ke liye Mumbai aa gaye.

*FLASHBACK*

(In Oberoi hotel.)

Rey: Dad you promised. Abhi hum kuch nhi sunna chahate!

Dad: Haan beta I know that I had promised you but really not today.

Rey: No hum aaj hi chowpaty [beach] pe jayenge. No excuses!

Sharon: Ya uncle please hume aaj hi jaana hai. Please.

Rey Nik Sharon: PLEASE!

Dad: Ok fine theek hai. Aaj sham ko hum sab jayenge. Abh mein apni meeting ke liye jau?

Rey: Haan jayiye na, humne kab mana kiya?😛😆

Dad: Naughty boy.

*All three are very happy Finally, they'll get to enjoy on the beach.*

(Rey's mom enters.)

Mom: Ok kids go and rest for sometime. Aaj sham ko jana hai na, chalo ab atche bachon ki tarah so jao.

*In the evening at chowpaty.*

Rey: Chalo paani mein jate hai. Maza ayega.

Sharon: No Rey, paani mein nahi. Chalo sand castle banate hai.

Niki: Aur pani bhi kitna ganda hai.

Rey: Seedhe seedhe kyun nahi bolti ki tum dono dar gayi.

Niki: Hum kisi se nahi darte. Samjhe tum?

Rey: GIRLS!

Niki:😲 Kya matlab hai tumhara? Chalo di abhi isse batate hai ki hume darr nahi lagta!

*Both of them go in the water and start playing. Rey was smiling as he was successful in getting them in the water.*

(After enjoying Rey and Sharon come out of water, but Niki is still playing. Suddenly a huge wave comes and the impact is such that Niki gets pulled into the sea. She starts screaming. Hearing her screams, dad rushes into the water and brings her out. She was unconscious as water had entered in her nose and mouth. She was taken to the hospital. After some time she is fine and all go and meet her. But after this incident she is always scared of darkness. She fears of loosing everyone in the dark.)

Rey: Niki ki iss halat ke liye mein hi responsible hoon. Na mein force karta aur na ye sab hota. Its all because of me.😭😭

Taani: Nahi Rey yeh aap kya bol rahe ho? Isme aapki koi galati nahi hai. Jo hua so hua. Abh uss bare mein sochke apne aap ko takleef mat do.

Rey: Nahi Taani jo bhi hua tha meri vajah se hua tha. Iske liye Niki ne mujhe aaj tak maaf nhi kiya hai.

*Taani was a bit surprised hearing this. As from the time Niki and Rey have met they have been inseparable. Then why is he saying ki Niki ne usse maaf nahi kiya?*

Taani: Pehle toh aap rona band karo.

(She wipes off tears from his face and makes him get up. Rey gets up checks the fuse, its alright. He makes a call and comes to know that there is a power cut for 3 hours cause of some problem. TaaRey come in the hall.)

Swayam: Rey kitni der lagadi. Kya hua? (Rey explains about the power cut) Ohh atcha.

(No one can see his face clearly cause of the dim light of the candles. No one can see how much he has cried.)

Rey: Mein fresh hoke aata hun. Fuse ke chakkar mein haath gande ho gaye.

(Rey leaves for his room. Taani follows.)

*In Rey's room*

Taani: Rey aap theek toh hai na? Aap please tension mat lo. Niki ka ye darkness ka darr jald hi dur ho jayega.

(Rey embraces Taani really tightly.🤗 Their bodies are plastered. Even air cannot pass from between them.)

Rey: Thanks Taani.

Taani (startled): Thanks kyun?

Rey: Meri help karne ke liye Nik ke cure mein.

Taani: Jab Niki puri tarah se theek ho jayegi tab mujhe thanks bolna.

(They both sitting in Rey's room [like they were sitting in Taani's room after confession] and are looking in each others eyes living the moment together and making promises to each other to stay by each others side through their eyes.)

*Door opens and Swayam comes in*

(By the noise of the door they come out of their trance.)

Swayam (feeling a bit awkward😕): Rey tum yaha fresh hone ke liye aaye the, right?

Rey: Haan.. voh mein.. voh.. haan hum bas aa hi rhe the neeche. Haina Taani?

Taani: Haan bhai, hum aa hi rahe the ki aap aa gaye.

Swayam: Ok chalo, sab log kabse tum dono ka wait kar rhe hai.

(All of them come in the hall.)

Vicky: Chalo na guys kuch khelte hai.

Nil: Truth or dare?

(All agree. They sit in a circle TaaRey are sitting opposite to each other. Swayam on one side of Rey while Vicky on other side. Niki is sitting between Sharon and Taani. And Sharon opposite of Swayam.)

Aur socha nhi jaa rha. Abhi ke liya bas itna.
