Fate..Asad n Zoya ..

As fate would have it, Zoya Farooqui wasn't leaving India anytime soon, and Mr.Asad Ahmed Khan did not seem to mind it one bit. Tanveer on the other hand wanted her gone, she paced up and down her room contemplating her next move against Zoya, she despised her, Zoya was ruining everything for her and her unborn child, with Zoya still in the India there was noway she was going to get Asad to marry her, she thought! Ayaan and Humaira's engagement was two days away, Ayaan was on the phone with Zoya telling her how he felt about everything, Ayaan told Zoya that if he goes through with this engagement then he would only be hurting Humaira and he doesn't want to betray Zoya's trust by hurting her. Zoya tells Ayaan that everything will work out and just have a little fate Allah knows whats best. They bid each other goodnight and goodbyes and hang up. Zoya was out on the bench thinking bout what Ayaan told her bout him having a debt to settle with his muumaani and he doesn't want to hurt Humaira because he will hurt her if he goes through with the engagement, she was lost in thought when her favorite blue tea cup showed up in front her she smiled briefly, she took it from Asad's hand and took a sip. He sat next to her, and asked her if she had called her sister and her ji ja ju to wish them a happy anniversary, she replied and said yes, he continued and asked if the coffee was alright?..she again replied.. yes..There was complete silence between them for the past two days since she had returned to the Khan's residence Asad hadn't spoken her to her till now, since the night when he went into her room instead of his and he hugged her when he realized that she was really there.Asad rolled his eyes and thought "is she still angry with me?" she's so childish, she gets upset for no reason"...he got up and as he was walking away Zoya retorted Mr.Khan unno you don't have a body in your heart!!..You hugged me when you found out that i was still here and then after that you completely ignore me for two days!!And when you decide to talk to me you ask me about my sister and my ji ja ju .Complicated man...so emotionally challenged!! Asad spun around and there began one of there fights again, Asad correcting her on her heart/body statement and Zoya telling all he knows is to find faults!! Zoya told him that its Allah's fault that he made a man with no heart..and she turned away as a tear rolled down her cheek(thinking bout the hug). Asad fumed behind her, blood boiling at what she said to him, "he thought again about his decision not telling her what he feels"... all he wanted to do was to grab her and never let her go but again he couldn't, to him they were not right for each other, he thought that all he would do is hurt her, but he was wrong, Zoya was strong maybe a bit stronger than him emotionally, she lived her entire life without her real parents away from her land, she faced her fathers death with complete strength and will power, she was strong and she had been living with Mr.Asad Ahmed Khan for the past few weeks and to put up with him one needs a lot of strength.Asad was wrong in doubting Zoya and what she was capable of emotionally, that was his faults.Asad told Zoya that it doesn't matter she is here now and she is not going away anytime soon and that's all that matters right now. Zoya was so angry he turned around so quickly and began yelling at him, "that's all that matters that i'm here for now"...well that's not enough any longer I want a valid reason Mr.Khan "A VALID REASON!!!"And so she continued telling him that he's so emotionally challenged that he doesn't even want to remember what happened the night rain had fall and they were out in the shed, that he's scared of feelings and feeling for others that aren't directly linked to him. He yelled back "ZOYA"..."Stop I remember everything that happened, that was said I remember and i like you" I like you Zoya"...Zoya stood there lifeless she couldn't believe her ears, she couldn't believe that Asad told her that he likes her...Zoya walked towards him and just hugged him and replied "i like you"...then she whispered it again "i like you too" all this Asad thought of while he watched her walk away into the house and he rolled his eyes at himself placed his hand on his head and sat down on the bench...Tanveer from her room watched the entire conversation between Asad and Zoya and steam could have came out from her ears...she was beyond angry, she called up Razia and told her that the threat is still here and this time we must get rid of her for good, where we are sending her she will never be able to come back and they both smirk mysteriously over the phone...and then began laughing Razia and Tanveer looking evil as ever. The next day a box of chocolates arrived at the Khan's for Zoya , she took them to her room but didn't bother to open them because Ayaan was calling her, she answered the call. Salaams Robert , wasalaam Mona, and they greeted each other, "I don't know what to do Mona, I will hurt her completely if I go through with it, what to do?...Robert its simple you have to tell her what you feel before it's too late, because it's better to be honest about one's feelings all the time than to lead people on, while telling Ayaan this Zoya was looking at Asad through her door he was standing in the hallway on his phone. She turned away she couldn't bare to watch him after what happened last night. She told Ayaan she had to go as she was on her way out. They both hung up and Ayaan thought of Zoya's words(its better to be honest about one's feelings all the time) as he walked pass Humaira's room where he heard Noozat and Nikhat telling Humaira how pretty she would look on her wedding day and how excited Nikhat was to be getting married on the same day as her bhaijan. Zoya was grabbing her stuff up and she remembered the box of chocolates she took it up and opened them, she took out one and took a bite then she ate the whole thing, "So delicious"…she took a few more and she ate them , when she finished she took up all her stuff she needed and headed out, Zoya started to feel dizzy and her head began swinging she couldn't balance herself any longer and she fell to the ground in the living as Asad watched in horror. Tanveer smirked at Zoya as she layed there motionless on the floor. Asad dropped his phone and ran towards and shouted out for his ammi…."AMMI!!! NAJMA!!! She doesn't have a pulse, Tanveer came close and pretended to be shocked at Zoya's demise remembering what she and Razia had planned (I will send a box of sweets at the Khan's make sure that she gets it )Najma was panicking while she was talking to the ambulkance as phupi rubbed Zoya's hand and face but no response Asad yelled at her to get up "Zoya, ZOya..ZOYa..ZOYAAA!!" Asad performed CPR and he felt a slight pulse, as the ambulance came in they placed an oxygen mask over her and stretchered her out into the bus they left in a rush, Asad with them holding her hand just wanting her to wake up. Phupi, Najma and Tanveer followed closely behind in the car as they reached the hospital they rushed her into the emergency room and Asad was stopped behind the door. They waited for a long while until the doctor came out, he said that she was poisoned and that she's still not responding but they were able to attack the poison before it enetered her bloodstream but she still hasn't awaken…Asad stood still , processing word by word that meant the most (poison, bloodstream, not responding, haven't awaken, its been four hours
)he pushed pass the doctor and barged into her room. The doctor stopped phupi and najma as they tried to follow, he told them that she shoull not have a bunch of people there if she gets up becaue of the severity of the poison it can give her shock and send her back into a deep sleep or even cause heart failure. Najma hugged phupi as tears flowed down their faces, Tanveer stood aside and all she prayed for in her mind was for Zoya to give up fighting and die. Asad sat on the bed holding her hand telling her that he was a complete fool, and that shes right "im emotionally challenged but you help me to see my feelings Zoya please just wake up, I remember what I said I like you , I like you a lot just wake up please…Zoya just wake up!!...and in that moment he heard nothing complete silence again he said I like you, wake up yell at me just say something Zoya please ..please Zoya wake up and as the tear rolled down his cheek and fell on her face she opened her eye and regained consciousness as she heard him say I like you, now just wake up she looked at him with his eyes closed and tears running from his eyes holding her hand tightly, she said in a weak voice "Mr. Khan you know what I like you. Although you're a bit emotionally challenged." She gave him a weak smile and he hugged her tightly and said im sorry Zoya im really sorry. as fate would have it there feelings were finally out!!
