REJECTION
A week ago , her life was a bliss. And now , its a storm. It has possibly taken away everything from her. Everything. And now , Kiya Gujral , stands all alone in the middle of the mumbai traffic , dragging her feet to absolutely nowhere. She was tired of her life. "Why do i always have to prove everyone who i actually am??? Why does people take me for granted...???" she thought as she sank on the floor , crying her heart out. Her heart was to heavy for her to carry. "I wish i could cut it out like davy jones...but i guess i cant...cant forget the pain life has inflicted on me..." she whispered.
"Yeh saab teri vaja se hua hain..." KD yelled at ranveer. Ranveer was quite. He knew that he was fault. He should have stopped her from taking such a drastic step. He couldn't meet KD's eyes. KD was crying. His eyes were as red as blood. "Agar meri Kiya ko kuch bhi hua...toh main tujhe..." he was about to punch him when panchi came and stopped his hand. "Stop it guys...instead of fighting , we should concentrate on finding Kiya...where could she go..." panchi cried. "Where is piddhi...???" asked ranveer. And as soon as he took his name , he saw him standing in front of him. "KD bhai...kiya ki maa aur uski woh pagal behen aanya..." piddhi stopped. "Piddhi say it damnit..." screamed KD. "Told me that they don't know where she is or could be..." he sighed.
KD ran out of ranveer's house to search for Kiya.
"Where will i go...to whom will i go...everyone rejects me...everyone..." whispered kiya. Suddenly she could see red lights. She was starving , her face was drenched with tears and she didn't know where she was going or where she was. She was walking and walking until she was tired. She sat on the bench and some drunkards sat beside her. Kiya was so stressed out that she didn't even have the energy to push them away. As one them grabbed her by the waist and kiss her , she begged "No...please no...leave me...please leave...KD...!!!" she whispered. Her heart longed for him but she knew that he would never come to rescue her. But suddenly she felt a gush of wind blowing away her locks.
"I think the girl said 'no'..." she heard a familiar voice speak. "Oye hero...tu kahan se aya...???" she heard the guy who was holding her say this. She felt like kicking his wits out of him. How dare he talk to KD like that???. But before she could register anything else , her eyes closed and she fell unconscious. Well , those drunkards were beaten black and blue by KD. He then quickly reached to kiya's aid. "Kiya...kiya look at me...see , i have come..." he whispered against her soft hair , but to his dismay , she lay absolutely unconscious. KD picked her in his arms and took a taxi to her home.
"Kya...woh mil gayi...par kahan...aur kaisi hain woh..." asked panchi. KD called her to inform her that he was taking kiya to her home. His voice was shaky enough to make panchi come to the conclusion that KD loves Kiya immensely ,no matter what he says or does to her. Ranveer signalled panchi to hand over the phone to him because he wanted to talk to KD. "Umm...KD , ranveer wants to talk to you..." but before she could hand over the phone to him , KD dissconnected the call. Ranveer pressed his lips together. "He has a right to be angry on me moti...i have wronged him in many ways..." he sighed as he sat down on the sofa , quietly.
As they reached Kiya's house , KD rang the doorbell. Kiya's mom opened the door to get the shock of her life. "Kiya...what have you done to her..." she yelled. But it fell on deaf years as KD went inside the house with kiya in his arms , searching for her room. "Where is her room...??" KD inquired. Kiya's mom and sister got a bit flabberghasted by his statement as they were constantly ranting him from the past 15 minutes. "Iss taraaf aao..." kiya's mom whispered and led him to her room. He gently put kiya on the bed and put her head over pillow.
As he was about to move away , he noticed that kiya had caught hold of his collar unconsciously. He gently removed her hands and kept them on her stomach. He kept on watching her. "Where did you find her...where was she...?? Mom...aab pata nahi kahan aapna mu kala karke ayi hain yeh larki..." yelled aanya. "ENOUGH!!!!!!" screamed KD. His scream had enough power to shake both kiya's mom and Aanya like anything. "Enough is enough...how dare you talk like this about a girl...especially when she is your own sister...don't you have any shame..." KD yelled again. Aanya was horrified by his behavior and expected her mom to tell him something , but her mom too was glaring at her.
"Mom...tell this boy to back home now...you know the rules right?? You never let any boy stay back after 10.p.m!!!" Aanya smirked. "Im gonna stay here...till she wakes up and feels better...!!!" KD exclaimed. Aanya was boiling with and anger and jealousy. "How dare you...you can't my mom's rules...!!!" she exclaimed. KD looked at kiya's mom , who nodded slightly approving his stay. He looked back at aanya. "Too bad...because i already did!!!!" he exclaimed and sat near Kiya.
"Aanya...if you say another word about kiya then i will throw you out of the house...!!!!" he mom yelled at a fuming aanya and they went away from the room and closed the doors behind them.
"Kiya...wake up...chicklet...!!!" KD cried. He held her hand near his heart. "Your feeling this...it will stop if something happens to you..." he whispered in his ears. He closed his eyes in pain. Kiya's hand moved slightly against his chest and she moaned. KD looked up with hope. "KD..." she whispered in a feeble voice. KD was smiling now. He was more than happy. Kiya looked up and instantly got captivated in those chocolate brown eyes which would always sooth her. Her body relaxed instantly against him. "Oh...KD...!!!" she cried and hugged him.
"I thought...i thought you would never..." she cried but only to be stopped by KD as he caressed her back. "Shh...KD aur Kiya koi alag nahi kar sakta...no one...!!!!" KD whispered as he kissed her forehead. "KD what will mom say if she sees you...???" asked kiya. "Don't worry...she knows im here...she let me stay here..." KD whispered in her ears. Kiya was surprised but she was happy to be in KD's arms. "How did you know where i was...???" asked kiya. Her voice was as weak as she herself was. "Well...for starters , i followed my heart and lastly...i saw your hanky lying next to bench where you were sitting..." he exclaimed. "Thanks for saving me..." she cried.
"I would save my heart...always...even if it costs my life..." he was continuing when kiya pressed her palms on his lips. 'Don't talk like that...i hate to think that something might happen to you because of me..." kiya cried. She snuggled more into him. He smelled of Polo and she could smell the aftershave from his cheeks. Though they were brands , they were so him. His scent. KD cuddled her soon Kiya's mom came with some food for them. "Did you eat anything beta???" Kiya's mom asked. KD nodded. She gave them their food and left them to their own privacy.
"Kiya...don't you dare do this to me again..."KD exclaimed. "Kyun...tumhe kya faraq parta hain??" she asked. KD was shocked. How could she ask him this. "Of course faraq parta hain damnit!!!" he he exclaimed. "Why???" she asked , hoping to hear his confession. "Kyun ki tumhara jo already crazy dimaag hain , usse aur crazy nahi hone de sakte...!!!" he said with a straight face. He loved teasing Kiya. "What?? im crazy...??!!!" she enquired. "Yes...that's why i love you so much..." he grinned , making her blush even more. "I love you too..." she whispered and he fused their mouths together.
7 YEARS LATER:
She standing on the stage. Her song was over. Everyone clapped at the singing sensation 'Kiya Gujral'. But among the crowd , she could see a couple , who could not take their eyes off each other. Tears brimmed in her eyes , as she saw 'Keshav Desai and Avantika Keshav Desai , standing in the auditorium , trying to cut throw the paparazzi as KD was a youngest and most successful business tycoon of India , whereas , Avantika Roy...or should we say Avantika Desai , was a successful film director. As Kiya's eyes locked to KD's , she could see him move his gaze to his wife.
And once again , KIYA GUJRAL was being REJECTED...but this time by her world...KESHAV...!!!!
