Chapter 6: business k nok jhok

Aman comes to that old big house and rings the bell. Taani opens the door and asks him to come inside. Aman hesitates but h enters into the room as the host is so sweet for asking him.

Aman: Hello Ms Sekhawat, I have called you today morning regarding this property and you know, that you are the only one tenant who has still not vacated the house yet. So, it could be better if you please leave this house immediately.
Taani: You know what Mr Suxsena, you did not get my words though I have told you for many times. We can't leave this house as this is my grand pa's own house. You must be shocking. Yes, my grand pa had made this house but he had to sell it due to some financial crisis. Now, I have paid all of my outstanding rents, you go and check it with the landlord.
Aman: Ohh, very sorry Ms Sekhawat, I can understand it, but unfortunately I can not do anything as this is our business decision and I can't change it, very sorry. My boss wants me to accomplish this work urgently and I have to obey his order.
Taani: Does your boss even understand any feeling, emotion except some monetary deals? You may have the compulsion to obey his rules, but I am not bound to obey it, go and tell your boss, your chairman that I will not vacate the house and I will buy it one day.
Aman: I respect your feeling mam, so I came here to make you understand by some good talk, if you really do not ready to listen our words, we may have to opt for other way which may not be liked by you. I have given you some monetary offers and a brand new flat too, but you refused..you take some times, no hurry
Taani: Thank You for your kind offers and I am very much grateful for it, but my decision is final Mr Susexna, neither your monetary trap nor your threatening will work on me and Will you please excuse me , I need to go to the market now?
Aman: It's okay Ms Sekhawat, I will call you again, have a good day

Aman leaves the place. Now, his next step is to inform his boss and he will finnally decide what to do with heer family. Aman smiles and thinks, he has never seen such type of lady who could refuse the huge money only because of some emotional feeling. He started respect her, he salutes her and her spirit.

Shivam: Well Ms Taani, are you ready for today's presentation and mind that RS Group of Industries is one of our main competitor to get this deal, don't take them lightly and see who's coming Mr Reyaansh Singhania, he is the boss of the company

Taani knows about RS Group of Industries but she does not know that person who she has meet is the same person of RS Group's owner. She now feels embarrassed and her another identity encourages her to take the revenge of that day.

Taani: Yes Sir, I will do my best and I promise you this time you will get this offer for sure
Shivam: Good Ms Taani, I like your confidence, and I know you can do it for sure and Ms Taani please don't call me sir again, it makes me feel older though I am not
Taani: okay Sir, I mean Shivam, it will take time for me, but thanks for making me comfortable
Shivam: Best of luck Taani

Taani goes to give her presentation on stage ans starts her presentation.

" ..And thus by making this mall, we are not only leading towards the new technological growth of India, this also helps people to show their devotion to GOD. This would be the place for all human being who even can't think to enter into a mall because here we will offer food at some special combo in the attractive price. Whenever we make some infrastructure, we not only make some concrete buildings, we also try to fullfill our social responsibilities and duties. That's all"
Taani concludes the presentation and hears a huge round of applause from each corner of the ball room. Everybody is praising her. Shivam comes and congratulate her for this brilliant performance. Taani feels glad and sees the face of Reyaansh, seems that he is thinking something. Taani's presence is also unexpected to him.

After post lunch season it is cleared that the deal goes to the new company, SR Company and everybody knows that this is only because of Ms Taani Sekhawat. When Taani finally says good bye to all and about to leave the place, she finds Rey is also leaving the hall.

Taani: So, Mr Singhania, how does it feel? feeling like a looser? This deal toh haath se gaya and I will also not leave that house, so let me tell you this is just a beginning
Rey: You..what does you think of yourself? You have just cracked this deal and many more to come
Taani: I know Mr Singhania, many more to come but this deal was one of your favorite and best client and your company was doing their work for so long. You know Mr Singhania, you consider everything as "Taken For Granted" and you forget that everybody may not except this as well.
Rey: So, you have decided to make me your competitor, not bad actually, I love those people who have lots of attitude but you know what people start loosing their confidence and attitude once they start competition with me, The Reyaansh Shinghania, hopefully I can find you at the end
Taani: You don't worry Mr Singhania, you will find me and you will see me celebrating my win over you as well, I promise you..
Rey: Day dreaming is not good Ms Sekhawat, you want to celebrate winning nah, I will make sure that you can't celebrate your loosing too and rahi baat aapki makan ki, I will take over your home as well as you, let's see kaun mujhe rokhta hai

This is Reyaansh Sighania, so confident, so cruel as well. He finishes his last word as verdict and leaves the place without giving her any further scope of talking.

Shivam: can I get the opportunity of this beautiful lady of dropping home today? and you deserve a treat from my side Ms Taani, I am so happy today, what do you want, ask me
Taani: Okay Shivam, but what I can ask, my company is paying me and I am happy for it
Shivam: No Taani, okay, one second, what are you doing tomorrow evening? If you are free I will pick you for dinner, be ready
Taani:but Shivam, I am not..
Shivam:No Taani please, no But here and this is my request to you, you deserve it, you don't know how big is this deal and I had to crack it by somehow and I have done it and it's all because of you.
Taani nods her head, she needs to go, Shivam is her employer and he has given this job when she was in trouble. This is kind of payback from her side.
On the other side The Reyaansh Singhania comes back his office and starts thinking about Taani. That girl has given him the open challenge, the direct one, he has to answer this. Aman knocks the door and enters into the room.

Aman: No worry Sir, I have got the information, they were willing to some CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) too this time, so they were pleased by the presentation. We will have another important next month, this is basically SR companies, but we will crack it, you don't worry
Rey: next month I will handle the presentation Amann, I don't want to take risk this time. Get back to your work.

Debu im sorry dear. I didt comment on chap 5. So sorry.Loved both chap 5 n 6. I feel sad for the Reyansh Singhania.. Hes a lonley soul.. I liked Taanis attitude. Again ye Aman kaun hai. N hes is a diehard taani fan.. update next part dear..

Wasn't the slap enough, taani seems to love taking pangas with Rey.😆 😆Rey now has 3 reasons to seek revenge. And Shivam being that friendly , seems suspicious and creepy. 😕
