Tabu is no doubt one of the most accomplished & seasoned performer known for her natural, deep, sensitive & brilliant acting.

that is soo hard...

id say Namesake...she was soo real in tht movie...the way she played ashima, thts totally how moms are...

Yup, she raised her own bar of performance in The Namesake...her performance was out of the world and her best body of work alongwith her 3 complicated roles in MF Hussain's abstract movie Meenaxi imo.

She is one fine actress. It's hard to chose one! I would say all of them except Prem.

I think she was absolutely brilliant in Prem also, sinking her teeth so well in that ancient girl "ilaaechi" role and in the new generation one too...
her rawness was what the usp of Prem imo
She gave loads of depth to her character in prem

Tabu is a fine actress so it is hard to choose. But that long walk up the stairs heavily pregnant in Chandni Bar is a heart wrenching scene and Tabu enacted it fabulously. So Chandni Bar for me.
