I don't think Badi bi is a good person at all. She may loves her son and her grandson and may defend them and trying to defend their haq in the Siddiqui's house, but remember a couple of episodes back it was said that the reason why Rashid left Dilshad and be with Shireen was because to fulfill her wish. She was the one who asked Rashid to leave Dilshad to be with Shireen for whatever reason it would be. She was the one who asked Rashid time and again to leave the past and forget about it and face with the choices that he made some 17 years ago in the past. And even though she was the grandmother of Asad and Nazma she never cared about Dilshad's children the way she cares about Shireen's children. I mean c'mon guys.. What kind of mother asked her son to leave a good and the woman he loves and sacrificed her for the woman of her choice when she knew well that that will bring nothing but pain. But because of wealth and comfortable life she asked him to leave them all and even to take the children along with him leaving Dilshad alone. It's a good thing that Asad chose to stay behind with his mother when Rashid wanted to take him along to live with him and Shireen.
