Any human being can do any type of job, but every human being has particular aptitude to excel in one type of industry or field, in which they can do their work very easily, conveniently and yet put a great output.

On the other hand if they are asked to do a job, in which they don't have great skills or aptitude naturally, they are required to put extra hard work and yet they may not excel.

Thus Toral needs to work hard.
