i think its neither Gauri nor Ipshita, i think it was a boy wid long hair playing near the river and as shiv saw him from far he fell in love wid him thinking it was a girl, as the pic clearly luks like that of a man and not a woman, this is most probably the best explanation of the pic rite now!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😛i wonder how shiv wil react to the fact that the girl in the pic(wid whom he fell in luv ) was none other than SHASHANK and unfortunately he has united shanks and gauri,i wonder wat shiv will do NEXT!😲 😉
