Tanaz and Bakhtyar reclaim their position as the best dancers in the competition ......NB 2
</>

Nach Baliye 2 has seen plenty of action in the last two weeks to keep audiences glued to their television screens every Monday night. After last week's dismal performance by bawa pair Tanaaz and Bakhtyar, the next episode will see them reclaiming their position as the best dancing couple in the competition. Monday's episode is a solo round, where the contestants will dance sans their partner on popular Bollywood numbers.
And apparently Tanaaz did a Tandav, which was so brilliant, that she got a diamond ring from Saroj Khan! Her partner Bakhtyar, however, got some flak from Kunal Kohli for his over energetic performance. According to the grapevine, Kohli is supposed to have told Bakhtyar to control his energy and not show-off as everyone knows he is a good dancer. Catch NB 2 this Monday at 8.00 p.m. on Star One.

Well they are definitely very good dancers, but now it's proved they are not invincible. Also after a point I feel they are monotonous.
What I feel missing in Bakhtyar especially is the "hero" feel.. When Husein or Manav dance, they look heros, performers, in fact even Hiten with such a little dancing skill looks more hero, and bollywood is all about performances and not just dancing.
There are so many dancers who are good, who dance I the crowd but a very few can carry the lead.
It's the right balance of dancing skill, looks, presence and likeability factors, which makes a winner and not just skill.
And that's one of the prime reason they are not outright winners even after one of the better dancing skills.

for some reason, kunal is starting to hate bakhtiyaar these days...and he is showing it in his scores 😡

...so what if the performance was over energetic?? at least it was a good performance

The problem is that Bhaktiyar's aggression comes across more and he is less graceful as a dancer as the competition is progressing. His energy translates into a bunble of aggressive limb throwing than completing a movement gracefully......I hope he checks that.

i dont know if its agression translationg into energy or wat else....but yeah his too much energy does overshadow the grace or to say the finesse in the steps

I totally agree..

Being a good dancer is one thing.. being a good performer is a different ball game altogether. Bakhtiyaar is a good dancer.. but he somehow doesn't connect with the audience on the same level as the other do..

Just my opinion..
