Im glad that at least Zoya confronted her Mr Khan about the video message he had made for her. At least that is small progress from what they're usually like. I was expecting Zoya to just take it as it is, be a little sad, pretend that it doesn't effect her and go about her way. But this time she actually went to Asad to talk to him about it, even though they never actually said what they really wanted to, she still took the first step. I guess she wanted a little fight or argument before she left to recall the old days and gain something personal from his reaction.
This is actually an improvement in their relationship when misunderstandings are concerned. They usually just misjudge eachothers signals and start the blame game rather than ask for a reason. For example when Zoya shared her past with Asad and he left the room without consoling her she straightaway misinterpreted his actions and accused him of having a stone heart. This time she went to ask Asad if that's all he wants to say. A small development but one nonetheless.
