Very difficult to choose two, so here's my list: (I've excluded dream sequences although I love them, as they didn't happen in reality)
1) Lag jaa gale sequence-- This was the first time Asad's heart fluttered for Zoya! They couldn't help but steal glances at each other. And we saw Zoya get shy for the first time here too.
2) Mangalpur fiasco-- the whole thing from Asad's breakdown to him taking care of her on the way back. Zoya was shocked to see Asad's concern for her. After they got back, Asad's restlessness after being unable to understand his own reactions in Mangalpur.
3) Bol na halke halke and confession-- Loved how Asad couldn't stay away from Zoya, the entire song has him following her around, like being attracted to a magnet. The confession, especially Asad's was the most honest and refreshing. He doesn't understand WHY he feels all that, hence "har kyun ka jawab nahi hota"
4) Dargah scene-- I think this is when Asad sees the "kashish" in Zoya, the first time he sees her. He'd probably never seen such beauty in sadness.
5) "I should go back" scene-- Asad's heart literally broke here. He was about to take a first conscious step of physical contact with her right then. He becomes dumbfound and his eyes speaks volumes.
