How is it possible to arrest someone on the basis of a phone call ?
What was the crime - death of a cow not of a human being . If the owner of the cow is not bringing charges how can the police charge anyone on the basis of a phone call
Not at all realistic .!

will do some research on how big is gau hatya crime! will get bak to u on that! tried googling..if killed by accident then it is not considered crime, but otherwise killing cow is banned and illegal..in this particular situation the issue has become political, the phone call that guman's sister makes she threatens the police force to take action, otherwise she will approach some minister she knows..and everything can be made possible in india if u have money and power!
