Is RK there?

When RK said his dialogue about not being a poster and then promptly stomped out, not even 5 seconds later Sultan showed up. Logically wouldn't they have bumped into each other on their respective ways?? So my question is, do you think RK's present during Madhubala and Sultans conversation? Like he's right there listening to the whole thing and before Madhu can give Sultan his answer on Mondays episode he'll finally cut in?? I mean how could he NOT have seen him on his way out?? That's a really small chawl !!! I hope he is there and see's her making the promise, maybe that's what leads to the conversation he was having with Depali.
