I think that is Dhobi's kid who got in accident, and Sneha saved. In favour dhobi will tell Sneha all truth about Sapna and her dad. What you guys think?

that makes soo much sense. i hope its true. cuz sapna is turning worse and worse day by day. i cant believe she loves karan. that makes me sick that she would do all this. i really hope it comes out soon.
