The new crime fighter in Mumbai... Pankhwoman or Pankhuman ( as Sameer suggested) to kick butt of archenemy RASh (Rubel, Anuj, Sheila)

Special power: Can shrill like a banshee and deafen everyone, Cries all the time that drives people nuts, does housework faster than a speeding bullet to fool people.
Catch phrase: Dekhyie Adi, samay par sab thik ho jaegi
Weakness: ask her to be Romantic ( all power gets sucked out)
Sidekick: Avantu-woman (All shuts up when she speaks English)
