Can anyone tell me how our Billo rani akaTanveer suddenly get changed or some new was their of her changing...From which episode did she got changed

She got changed from Monday's epi i believe. The old one had to leave the show because she got sick and needed rest. They couldnt afford to NOT have Tanveer in any of the episodes so they decided to replace her. Also the old one was not convincing enough to play the role.
