Vickram closes his eyes as he remembered that day...Oh Lord...another reminder of all that he ws gulilty off...every time he tries to forget something reminds him of his past...
Kneeling in front of her he takes her hand:

Vickram: Kuhu...I am sorry that day what I did was uncalled for , and believe me if I spend the rest of my life saying sorry to you for that it will not be enough. Please I hope you can for give me for doing that... ( He looks at her tearfully) Taking a deep breath he said...
No one deserves that kind of treatment, not from a brother and especially not from a husband...do you understand that?

Bhaya - you bought me up. You have always protected me and this family. You could see what I was too blind to see and I refused to listen to you/trust you.

So you had every right to be furious.

Even then you did all you could to protect me by acquiring the loan papers.

Bhaya (making Vikram sit on the sofa) - I will tell you everything but aap ko meri kasam you will NOT do anything that will japodise your life. This family, I, need you here with us Bhaya not in prison or worse dead.

Kuhu sits on the sofa opposite all of them (wipes away the tears, takes a deep breath) and tells them via flashbacks of how she was treated when she went home after the wedding, about Digvijay drinking, verbally abusing her, hitting her, making her do champa's sardhakai, etc.

She sees the shock on everyone's face and thinks perhaps she should not say anymore but then thinks if they find out later it will hurt them all over again.

She takes a deep breath, gets up, turns her back to them and looks out the window and tells them via flashbacks the way TJS is always hugging her, watching her and how that scars her even more than Digvijay's abuse.

She continues standing by the window, tears sliently rolling down her cheeks, not turning around because she does not want to see the disappointment and disgust they must feel towards her.

Vickram moves forward to Kuhu still in a state of Shock at her story... He hugs her as she cries.
"Shhh ..don't cry...It will be ok ..I pormise...they won't hurt you any more...Hum hain haa...sub teek hojawonga...daro mat... sub teek hojawonga... ( i am here , every thing will be alright... don't be scared every thing will be alright)

Scene ends on Vickrams contemplative face...
