First they show a bangle falling near Damini's feet. She is shocked to see it. The woman who brings Ichcha to the hospital is holding Ichcha's saree and mangalsutra and she tells Damini that this belongs to the woman who donated her heart. Damini goes to the room where Ichcha's body is kept (with face covered). Next scene is Damini screams 'Ichchki' and faints on the ground.
