Happy and sad... sad and happy,
Some days my life is so very crappy.
Then other days when you're around,
My happy days are again found.
Every night I kneel and pray,
That I will see you the coming day.
You light up my life,
Your brightness blinds my strife.
My world begins anew,
When I am around you.
I am very sad,
For what I have never had.
I beg for a kiss,
To bring me such bliss.
I will carry a smile,
One that will last a long while.
Because now and forever my lips would know,
The sweetness of lips more pure than new fallen snow.
