22 years of Hungama
@Miles just saw the precap. If the serial has hearattacks lined up for me like that then, I am all willing to put pen to paper. That ish was inspiring at the very least.

OMG! *faint* Now I know what you meant! I thought you have given up on the serial because of the shocking whatever thing you saw and now you're depending on your writing. 😆 I have a weird imagination which most of the time gets me into trouble.
no, you were probably right but I am on cloud 9 today😆Anyway it was worth it when I saw the precap! I was over the moon!
Continue meeting the Kundras (like the die hard franchise, I suck at naming things)
Rishabh Kundra the great, is a well-established Bollywood actor revered among his fans and equally hated among his enemies. Foes, he has many of them, all thanks to his devil may care attitude and an ego inflated to its capacity. He is known for his biting wit and quick charm. He can convince a stick to become a stone and a stone to melt like wax. But, if he decides to hate you, he will do so until the end of eternity. Ever since his marital fallout, he has decided to despise his spouse along with the rest of the world. The feelings creep up once in a while; every time he dreams of her existence in Sara's tiny frame. Those eyes, the stubborn curly hair that he fights to comb every morning: they all are painful reminders of how much he still cares.
"Daddy, you are killing my hair. I just washed it", a frustrated toddler gives a cross eyed look of anger to a confused parent. He undoes her braid and tries once again. He wonders why he has not gotten the hang of it after two years of practice. The helplessness knocks at his doorstep again. Maybe he should call Madhu and ask for instructions. Like every other time, his ego convinces him otherwise.
"Bittuji". He hands his assistant a fat sum of cash and asks him to take Sara to the salon. "Get her hair done before school".
She looks on at the adults confused. What is this salon place they always converse about? All she knows is, Bittu uncle takes her to that nice lady under the banyan tree. Oh well, better than getting her hair pulled by a man who does not know how to tie a hair tie. A chirpy car ride later, Sara reaches the monastery where the nice lady lives.
She jumps out of the car before Bittuji can restrain her and hugs the nice lady.
"Bhabhi ji", the assistant hides his face behind his phone, ashamed of his action. "I am sorry, I am just..."
"Trying to save money", she cuts him off. "Your chief is quite frugal with his spending habits".
She picks up the little girl in her arms, resisting an overwhelming urge to cry, kiss and laugh all at the same time. She only shows as much affection to Sara as she does to all the other children.
See, this is the fundamental difference between the two spouses. One believes that all people are created equal; the other believes some are more equal than others.
She seats her baby in the front row of the class as she begins teaching. "The universe is endless: annata".
"Woah!" The class squeals fascinated by the graphics she projects on the tree bark.
Sara, like always, seems to crave attention. She innocently finds a comfortable spot on her teacher's lap. Madhubala does not resist. How can she? This is what she wanted all along but, she has to be fair. A good teacher does not pick favourites.
"Bittuji, time for her school", she instructs the assistant to take Sara away. This occurrence happens far too often for her liking. She is shaping her daughter's behavior against her husband's will. She instilling the morals she holds dear and not the ones he would like Sara to know. She ponders over her decision making skills as the children ask her about her personal life. Is she married? Does she have kids? How come she is so pretty?
Bittuji heads back to the mansion, tired of all the energy packed inside the little cracker of a kid. "Hadiyaan toot gayi" (I think I broke some bones). He thinks out loud.
"Haddiyan toh ab tooteingi Bittuji" (The real damage begins now). "Where did you take Sara?" RK steps down the stairs wearing a sweet new hairdo along with a curiously raised eyebrow. Bittuji is caught in his intricate web of lies.
"Chief, I went to another salon not the.."
"Don't give me that bullshit. Did you take her there?"
They both knew what there meant but, neither had the courage to name that place. It was too pure for one and too evil for the other.
"How long has this been going on? How long has my daughter seen that ..?"
He bites his tongue. Even after two years, he still holds her dear enough not to curse.
"Since she started going to school Chief", he spits out the truth fearing a slap, a punch or worse.
"This has been going on...under my nose...since day one. That woman, I won't spare her today".
Before Bittuji can even comprehend what he means, RK heads out the door and toward the monastery.

I see you're in a writing frenzy thanks to exams! 😆 Good on us! A wonderful update Dona, I didn't expect lil Sarah to be their daughter in the first chapter! Thought she was the loyal house maid. 😕 My bad! This was a kind surprise though. 😳 Such a cutie she is, but I feel really bad for her for not getting her mother's love like any toddler should.
Totally, my ears are ringing either due to stress or a conversion disorder. this is my only hope for survival. on another note, why on earth is it snowing in April? April fools' is long gone😡RK is so funny, sending her daughter to the salon just because he can't help her with the hair himself. 🤣 I pictured him struggling combing the poor girl's curls. That was hilarious!Curly hair is a tough battle. Ask someone who has been through it and put other people through it. aka me. this was based on a true incident😉Hahah Bittu the ever so careful guy trying to save some money! 😆 Very sweet of him! At least the poor kid gets to see her mother!I think money was but an excuse. he is just trying to be his cupid & nosy self.😆I love this story Dona. The plot is very attractive with lil Sarah's entrance. I'm waiting to see what RK would do with the new found knowledge of Sarah meeting her mom.Fantastic chapter! I loved it! ❤️bear in mind my phobia of all things children. so, this is a tough cookie. glad you liked it😊
