They should have celebrated her birthday in the show! (it's between February 18th-March 20th). Definitely a missed opportunity there. I'm surprised they didn't!

I wondered, too...

But then chalked it down to Ms. Farouqui's general reticence about sharing anything about herself with 'others'.
Even Dilshaad said that Ms. Farouqui does not share her pain/problems with others. It is apparent she does not share much about herself at all... simply a private person.

Now with this purported Tunveer scheme to cause her to hang between life and death... if indeed true, and her cousin and her husband (Zeenut and hubby) arrive and make a big deal about missing her birthday and Mr. Khan overhears...😉
