Hello Everybody,
A PDF document retains the formatting and file information of the original document from which it was converted and can be shared on all platforms, providing a consistent way to share electronic information across environments of all types. Adobe Acrobat is the leading industry software for creating and manipulating PDF files, as Adobe System invented the format. The format has since become an international standard. You can set security on PDF documents to restrict certain features and to prevent unauthorized users from opening documents, using either a password or a certificate. If you are the author or have the password, you can remove security.
1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
2. Click "File," select "Properties" and click the "Security" tab or click "Advanced," choose "Security" and select "Remove Security." Acrobat prompts you to enter a "Permissions" password, which restricts certain features like printing, if one is set. If a password is set that requires users to type a password to open the document, a dialog box appears and prompts you to confirm that you want to remove security.
3. Click "OK" to confirm that you want to remove the "Document Open" password, or type the "Permissions" password in the "Enter Password" dialog box, click "OK" and click "OK" again.
Best Regards
