She is not annoyed she is impatient to get Rahul and Aradhya out of her way as soon as possible. She didn't find Rista for Rahul out of Love but wanted him to get out of her house as soon as possible. So clearly she is uninterested in the wedding ritual. If things were in her hands she would have just take Rahul and Aradhya in a temple get them married in 5 mins and close the doors of her house but she has to bear this that's why she is annoyed
